The ocean view was breathtaking and tranquil.
During my stay, I encountered some troubling issues with the wellness center. It was surprisingly unsafe, lacking essential handles near the jacuzzi, making it incredibly challenging to get in and out. Additionally, the floors were dangerously slippery, leading to a near accident. It felt like the management doesn't prioritize safety at all, which is frustrating for a facility that should be about relaxation.

We had a fantastic family experience at this hotel! Our kids loved the spacious game room with pool and darts, while we enjoyed the beautiful outdoor pools and relaxing spa facilities. The staff, especially Mario, were incredibly friendly and accommodating to our large group.

Great place for a group vacation! The large games room kept us entertained, and the two pools were perfect for relaxing after our adventures. We also loved the tennis court and the variety of onsite activities. The staff were friendly and always ready to help.
Breakfast had only one type of roll, which limited our options a bit. No big deal, but could be improved for more variety.

The spacious Premium Room with Sea View offered a lovely design, allowing for great views of the sea. However, there were noticeable declines in some services. the Wi-Fi was unreliable, the furniture in the room needs updating, and the overall feeling of care wasn't as strong as in previous years. Thankfully, the homemade cakes served were delightful and a highlight during my visit.
